I help lead the product design team at a next-generation benefits platform, working at the dynamic intersection of healthcare and fintech. As a player-coach, I balance hands-on IC design work with management responsibilities and cultivating team culture, ensuring we deliver exceptional experiences across all touchpoints. Our app unifies fragmented employer and payer benefits—including HSAs, FSAs, and directed spend accounts—into one seamless, modern benefits experience, and the work showcased here reflects the talented designers I've had the privilege to manage and coach as well as my own work.

Hashboard (formerly Glean) is the next generation analytics tool built for self service. I’ve been able to help build the foundation of the app from 0-1 which unlocked PLG and sales driven growth movements.

Re-architected the platform, improving usability which enabled the team to meet customer retention goals.
Shipped 30+ projects big and small ranging from an information management system, drag n' drop dashboard builder, A SQL editor, a tool for building advanced data visualizations, onboarding, project management workflows, and sign up flows.
Partnered with CEO to define and launch the brand out of private beta, generating leads and new revenue.
Established and managed Grain design system to scale engineering impact as well as establish interaction patterns for novel solutions to difficult problems.
Created and implemented novel hiring practices for screening micro aggressions.

I led design for Betterment's B2B lines during a time when Betterment was investing in B2B SAAS. Acting as a player / coach, I not only shipped business critical products that still hold up today, but mentored and managed a small but mighty team.
